Who needs this most?
Be specific about the situation your customer is in. A job title is useful, but the problem, trigger, and constraints often tell you more about what the message should say.
What are they trying to accomplish?
Describe the outcome in language a customer would use. Connect your offer to that outcome, and explain what working with you actually involves. Keep promises within what you can support.
What should happen next?
Give each page or campaign a primary action that fits the decision. Someone exploring a new topic may want an example or a guide. Someone ready to discuss a project needs a clear way to contact you.
What evidence can you show?
Use real examples of the work, approved customer stories, or a useful demonstration. Explain the context behind a result so readers can judge its relevance.
How will you know it is helping?
Choose an outcome that matters to the business, such as suitable inquiries or completed purchases. Track the path that leads to it, and use feedback from customers to understand where people get stuck.
